Expect skyline views and unrivalled entertainment on the rooftop of Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah.
The trunk of Palm Jumeirah has become one of Dubai’s most happening stretches. And now, the likes of February 30, Kyma Beach Dubai, SĀN Beach and Surf Club are joined by Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, bringing with it ten culinary concepts.
Located on the 13th floor of the new resort, Barfly by Buddha Bar offers sunset views of the sea, Bluewaters Island, the glittering Dubai Marina skyline and Palm Jumeirah. The vibrant restaurant, bar and lounge opens today (15 November) and boasts an upscale dining and drinking experience set to a soundtrack of uplifting music mixed by talented DJs.
Initially conceptualised in Paris in 1995, Barfly was inspired by the legendary habitué Charles Bukowski, and achieved worldwide success whilst redefining the perceptions of what nightlife is.
With mystic interiors, an expertly created menu, and an enigmatic atmosphere, guests are immersed in the one-of-a-kind Barfly experience. Greeted by a sculpture of the Goddess of Victory, the neo-baroque design evokes a feeling of seclusion and inimitability, encompassing deep reds and purples, juxtaposed against vivid nature-inspired hues and finished off with brilliant golds.
The Barfly menu offers an appealing selection of international dishes with an Asian flair served sharing style. Signature dishes include lobster gyoza, an array of bao buns, Barfly rolls, octopus parrillero, baked Canadian lobster, USDA beef tenderloin, wagyu short ribs and lamb chops. When it comes to dessert, you won’t want to miss the Japanese lemon tart, choco lava cake or hazelnut puck.
Barfly by Buddha-Bar is all about entertainment, and revellers can expect a winning combination of rhythmic electro-tribal beats and immersive live entertainment. Expect to see acrobatic dancers and gymnasts performing exclusive shows at Le Show by Buddha-Bar and on special occasions such as Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
DJ Nick Alexiou will be playing on opening night and taking up residency on the decks. The renowned DJ is set to transport his melodic beats from Grecian beaches, where he provided the soundtrack for Buddha-Bar Beach in Mykonos.
