Roberto’s and luxury Italian fragrance house Maison Acqua di Parma have joined forces to create an unforgettable culinary adventure. On Thursday, 16 March, guests can savour a unique menu inspired by Acqua di Parma’s legendary Colonia scent.
For one night only, Roberto’s will be transformed into a celebration of the Italian lifestyle as Acqua di Parma takes over the venue, providing guests with an exquisite blend of Italian cuisine and fragrance. From the tastefully decorated entrance to the captivating scents of Acqua di Parma’s signature perfumes, every aspect of the experience has been meticulously crafted to deliver an unforgettable and remarkable evening.
Roberto’s will offer a three-course menu, priced at AED 500 per person, that blends Acqua di Parma’s signature fragrance with their Italian cuisine. The menu will feature a selection of dishes, starting with the Amouche bouche, Ostrica, Pepe Rosa e Bergamotto, and Risotto Carnaroli al Lemongrass. For the main course, guests can relish the Ricciola, Salsa allo Zafferano, Barba di Frate, and the accompanying Tartelleta. Finally, for dessert, patrons can indulge in the irresistible Zuppetta di Ciliege e Rabarbaro, Rosa, and Sorbetto di Lamponi.
To mark the occasion, Roberto’s has crafted a special beverage named Acquolina, a perfect accompaniment to the dining experience. This drink is available as a mocktail or cocktail and is priced at AED 55.
